Mark Yorek, Ph.D. has been an active investigator operating an independent research laboratory in the VA for twenty-four years. Dr.Yorek's research interests focus on diabetes causes and treatments. Currently, Dr. Yorek is serving as Associate Chief of Staff for Research at the Iowa City Veterans Affairs Medical Center as well as serving on various scientific peer review and editorial boards. |
